Overview
Quikfix Auto is a car and van body repair and paint shop at 7 Whitehouse Place, Bristol BS3, run by Ross. It repairs accident damage, bumpers, dents and scratches, carries out panel and full resprays, and holds a 5.0 Google rating from 36 reviews. It had no website. Stars Web Studio built a demo site in the blue, red and grey of the shop's logo, with a squared display face echoing the logo lettering and the logo's red full stop used as a brand mark on every heading.
The Challenge
The shop relied on its Google profile and word of mouth. Bodywork is priced on inspection, so every enquiry started with back-and-forth about the car, the damage and photos, and there was nowhere to show finished work or the shop's reviews.
Our Solution
A fast single-file website that opens on a blue hero with a live photo reel from the spray booth: five real jobs crossfading with a slow zoom, captions and progress bars. It adds a services list, a tap-to-enlarge gallery of real jobs, a four-step how-it-works section, an auto-scrolling carousel of eight real Google reviews, a quote form with dropdowns that builds a prefilled WhatsApp or text message, and live opening hours in UK time.
