Overview
Floors Direct is a carpet and flooring business based on Staithes Walk in Denaby Main, Doncaster. They supply and fit carpets, vinyl, LVT, laminate, safety flooring, artificial grass, carpet tiles and DPM. Customers choose their flooring at home after a phone call or WhatsApp message. The business was promoting itself through Facebook and a printed flyer, so we built a one page website in its own logo colours and lettering to bring everything together.
The Challenge
Customers had no single place to see what Floors Direct fits, view their offers or send an enquiry. Key details like opening hours, the room deal and the choose at home service were spread across Facebook posts and a flyer.
Our Solution
The site opens with a hero built around their choose at home message, with crossfading photos of their real sample books and their waving mascot. A services section covers all eight flooring types from their flyer. An offer section shows the carpet a room deal with a colour swatch fan that opens as you scroll. A four step guide explains the home sample visit, followed by a gallery, a why us section using their own words, a quote form that hands off to WhatsApp, and a find us section with a map and live opening status.
