Overview
Matto Carpets & Flooring Ltd is an independent, trade-only flooring wholesaler that has just opened at Unit 3, Meadowhall Industrial Estate in Sheffield. It supplies carpet, vinyl, laminate, underlay and accessories to fitters, builders and trade professionals across South Yorkshire, positioned as "The Fitters' Friend". We built a five-page site (Home, About Us, Products, Contact Us, Trade Account) using the charcoal and trade-yellow branding from the business's own launch flyer.
The Challenge
The business was opening with no website, only a printed flyer, a Facebook page and a new Google Maps listing. The owner wanted a proper multi-page trade site similar to a competitor's, with a way for trade customers to apply for an account. The trade counter is only open 8–10am on weekdays, so visitors needed to see clearly when they can collect and how to book other times.
Our Solution
A multi-page site in the flyer's brand: recreated SVG logo, yellow hashtag headlines and line-art product icons. A live trade-counter board shows open or closed in UK time and highlights today. The 'Finish late? Text us' late-collection offer is the main selling point, with text, WhatsApp and call buttons on every page. Product pages cover all five ranges, and the trade account application and contact enquiry forms send straight to the trade desk on WhatsApp with no server needed. Includes an embedded Google Map, mobile layout and local SEO meta tags.
