Overview
Major Body Repairs is an accident repair centre at Units E and F, Newtown Industrial Estate, Pontypridd CF38 2EE. It handles accident damage, insurance work, full resprays, plastic bumper repairs, dents and scratches, and wheel refurbishment, and holds a 4.6 Google rating from 40 reviews. Stars Web Studio built a demo site in the blue, sky blue and navy of the shop's sign and unit, with bold lettering matching the sign and its blue Accident Repair Centre banner carried through the hero and running strips.
The Challenge
The shop relied on its Google profile, Facebook and signage. Bodywork is priced on inspection, so every enquiry started with back-and-forth about the car, the damage and photos, and there was nowhere to show the quality of finished work, from classic shell resprays to alloy refurbs.
Our Solution
A fast single-file website that opens on a blue hero with a photo reel from the workshop: five real jobs crossfading with a slow zoom, captions and progress bars. It adds two running strips echoing the shop sign, a services list that pre-selects the quote form, a tap-to-enlarge gallery of real jobs, a four-step how-it-works section, an auto-scrolling carousel of real Google reviews, a quote form with dropdowns that builds a prefilled WhatsApp or text message, live opening hours in UK time and a map.
