Quick summary: H I Bodyworks Ltd is a vehicle body repair and paint shop in Birmingham that had no website. We built a single-page site from the shop's own logo, its own job photos and genuine Google reviews, with an enquiry form that captures the vehicle and damage details and sends them to the shop by text, even outside opening hours.

About H I Bodyworks

H I Bodyworks Ltd trades from Leopold Street in Birmingham under the strapline "Paint Repair Specialists". The team handles accident damage, full resprays, dent and panel work, colour matching, bumper repair and glass replacement.

The challenge

In body repair, the finished work is the whole sell. A nervous driver wants to see what a properly repaired car looks like before handing over the keys. Without a website, H I Bodyworks had:

  • Job photos sitting unseen on a Google listing

  • No page explaining the full range of repairs it carries out

  • A distinctive neon brand that appeared nowhere online

  • No way for a customer to start an enquiry after the shop had closed

A driver searching for accident repair in Birmingham had little reason to choose this shop over the next one on the map.

What we built

A brand that survives online

The shop's logo is cyan and violet on black. A neon brand like that loses its impact on a white page, so we built a committed dark site with colours sampled straight from the logo and a display typeface that follows the wordmark.

Real work, front and centre

Every image on the site is the shop's own. Real workshop photos drive a crossfading hero, a four-car work rail shows recent jobs, and a four-stage walkthrough takes customers from dent pull through masking, colour and lacquer. There are no stock images and no invented testimonials.

Reviews customers can trust

Three genuine Google reviews are quoted with reviewer names and dates, alongside the review topics Google itself highlights for the business.

Enquiries that work out of hours

Bodywork is priced on inspection, not from a price list, so the main call to action is an enquiry form. It asks for the vehicle, registration, job type and damage details, then opens the customer's text app with the message ready to send to the shop. An enquiry is not lost just because nobody could answer the phone.

Key features

  • Dark neon palette sampled from the client's own logo

  • Display typeface matched to the logo wordmark

  • Hero sequence of five real workshop photos

  • Four-stage repair process walkthrough

  • Enquiry form for vehicle, registration, job type and damage

  • Three verbatim Google reviews

  • Tap-to-call throughout, with large touch targets for mobile

  • Local SEO markup and copy written for Birmingham searches

What the client said

"He designed my website matching my original business logo theme, and was very helpful throughout the entire process." Hassan Idrees, H I Bodyworks Ltd

What other body shops can take from this

  • Use your own photos. Before and after shots of real jobs do more than any stock image.

  • Make enquiries easy at any hour. Many drivers look for a repairer in the evening, after the damage has happened.

  • Show your full range. List the repairs you actually carry out so customers know you can help.

  • Keep your brand consistent. If customers recognise your sign, they should recognise your website.
