Quick summary: SA Supplies is a Coventry distributor of wall panels, flooring, tiles and decking. It had 79 Google reviews but no website linked to its listing. After approving our free demo, SA Supplies became a client. The live site at sasupplies.co.uk now holds 315 products across 15 ranges, with prices by size, a WhatsApp enquiry basket and an admin dashboard the team uses to run the catalogue themselves.

About SA Supplies

SA Supplies sells surface finishing products from Coventry, including PVC wall panels and cladding, UV and acoustic slat panels, SPC flooring, PU stone panels, indoor and outdoor tiles, composite decking and trims.

The challenge

Customers could find SA Supplies on Google, but once they had, there was nowhere to see what the business actually sells. The range is large, with many sizes, finishes and looks, so it could not be shown properly without an online catalogue. Every enquiry started from scratch.

From free demo to full website

We started with a free demo so the team could see the direction before committing. Once they approved it, we turned the demo into a full Laravel website with a product catalogue and an admin dashboard.

What we built

A catalogue that is easy to browse

The header puts the main ranges, such as PVC, SPC, PU and Tiles, in a centred menu with dropdowns, and tiles have their own dedicated section. Customers can filter by range, collection, size, finish and look, or search by product name or code with live suggestions.

Product details that answer trade questions

Each product opens in a pop-up with its sizes, product codes and pack details. Prices are shown by size, with an estimated total as customers choose a quantity.

An enquiry basket instead of a checkout

Supply customers usually want to confirm stock, delivery and quantities before paying, so a card checkout was not the right fit. Instead, customers add products to an enquiry basket and send an itemised list, with sizes, quantities and prices, straight to the team on WhatsApp.

An admin dashboard the team runs themselves

Products, categories, sizes, prices, photos and page content are all managed from a simple admin dashboard on its own subdomain. When a new range arrives or a price changes, the team can update the site without waiting for a developer.

  • Search with live suggestions by name or product code

  • Prices by size with an estimated total

  • Enquiry basket sent to WhatsApp as an itemised list

What other flooring and building supply businesses can take from this

  • You may not need a full online shop. An enquiry basket lets customers build a detailed list while you still confirm stock and delivery personally.

  • Make a big range searchable. Filters and search by product code save time for trade customers who already know what they want.

  • Own your catalogue. An admin dashboard means your website keeps up with your stock.

  • Link your Google listing to a real website. Good reviews bring people in. A website shows them what you sell.
