Quikfix Auto had a 5.0 Google rating but no website. Here is how we built a fast site with a spray booth photo reel, real reviews and photo quotes by WhatsApp or text.

Quick summary: Quikfix Auto is a car and van body repair shop in Bristol with a 5.0 Google rating from 36 reviews, but it had no website. We built a fast single-page site with a live photo reel from the spray booth, a gallery of real jobs, eight genuine Google reviews and a quote form that turns the usual back-and-forth into one ready-written WhatsApp or text message.

About Quikfix Auto

Quikfix Auto is run by Ross from Whitehouse Place in Bristol BS3. The shop repairs accident damage, bumpers, dents and scratches on cars and vans, and carries out panel and full resprays.

The challenge

The business relied on its Google profile and word of mouth. That worked, but it left gaps:

  • Bodywork is priced on inspection, so every enquiry started with questions about the car, the damage and photos

  • There was nowhere to show finished work in one place

  • The shop's excellent reviews were only visible to people who found the Google listing

What we built

The site uses the blue, red and grey of the Quikfix logo, with a squared display typeface that echoes the logo lettering. The red full stop from the logo appears as a brand mark on every heading, so the website feels like the same business customers see on the sign.

A photo reel straight from the spray booth

The hero opens on five real jobs crossfading with a slow zoom, captions and progress bars. Further down, a tap-to-enlarge gallery lets customers look closely at the finish on real repairs.

Reviews that do the selling

An auto-scrolling carousel shows eight real Google reviews, next to an animated 5.0 rating block. Customers can pause, swipe or use arrows to read at their own pace.

A quote form built for photos

Instead of a long contact form, customers pick their vehicle and type of damage from dropdowns. The form then builds a prefilled WhatsApp or text message, so they can attach photos of the damage and send it in one step. A four-step how-it-works section explains what happens next.

Small details that help on a phone

Live opening hours show whether the shop is open right now in UK time, with today highlighted. A sticky call and quote bar stays on screen on mobile, and the site supports light and dark mode and reduced-motion settings.

Key features

  • Live spray booth photo reel in the hero

  • Tap-to-enlarge gallery of real job photos

  • Auto-scrolling carousel of eight real Google reviews

  • Quote form that prefills WhatsApp or text

  • Four-step how-it-works timeline

  • Live open or closed status in UK time

  • Sticky call and quote bar on mobile

  • Light and dark mode

What other body shops can take from this

  • Let customers send photos easily. If you price on inspection, a photo route saves time on every enquiry.

  • Put your rating where people can see it. A strong Google rating is one of your best selling points, so show it on your own site too.

  • Tell people when you are open. Live opening hours stop wasted calls and wasted trips.

  • Keep it fast. Most customers will open your site on a phone, often at the roadside or straight after the damage.
