It is free. No card details, no deposit, no signature and nothing to cancel. We build the demo, send you the link, and you tell us yes or no. We do it this way because talking a small business owner into a website they have not seen is a bad way to start a working relationship, and because our demos convert better than our sales pitches ever did.

Pricing is published openly on our pricing page rather than hidden behind a consultation call, and it is shown in your own currency. You will get a fixed quote once you have seen your demo, so you know exactly what the site looks like and exactly what it costs before you commit to either. There are no hourly rates and no surprise line items at the end.

Usually a few working days from the point we have your business name and a rough idea of what you do. Larger sites with lots of services or an online shop take longer. If we are going to be slower than that, we tell you up front rather than leaving you wondering.

Very little to start with. Your business name, your town or service area, and what you do is usually enough, because we can find the rest from your Google listing and social pages. If you already have photos, a logo or a price list, send them and the demo will be closer to finished. If you don't, we build it with placeholders and swap them later.

You tell us, and either we adjust it or we take it down. There is no invoice, no cancellation fee and no follow-up sales sequence. We would rather you said no to a demo than felt trapped in a project you were not sure about.

Yes. The domain is registered in your business name and the site is yours. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, Stars Web Studio hands over everything needed to do that. Nothing is held hostage, which is more than can be said for some of the platforms small businesses get locked into.
