The challenge

Not having a website rarely feels urgent, because nothing visibly breaks. What actually happens is quieter than that. Someone gets your name from a friend, searches it, finds your Google listing with no website button and two competitors underneath who have one, and calls one of them instead. You never hear about that call. The same gap shows up on your Google Business Profile, where the Website button simply is not there, and increasingly in AI answers, because tools like Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT recommend businesses by reading their websites. If you do not have one, there is nothing for them to read and nothing for them to recommend. A Facebook page does not close the gap either, because it shows your recent posts rather than your prices, your service area and your opening hours.

Stars Web Studio starts from what already exists publicly about your business, your Google listing, your reviews, your social pages and the services you actually offer, and builds a working site from that. You do not need to write anything, prepare a brief or gather files before we start. Within a few working days you get a live link to open on your phone. If the wording is wrong, tell us and we change it. If you want to go ahead, we register your domain, set up an email address on it, connect the site to your Google Business Profile so the Website button finally appears, and put it live. If you decide against it, we take the demo down and you owe nothing.

Word of mouth still works, and a website will not replace it. What changed is what happens after the recommendation. Your customer tells a friend about you, and that friend searches your name before they ring. If they find a listing with no website and a competitor with one, a fair number of them call the competitor instead. A website does not bring in strangers so much as it stops you losing the referrals you have already earned.

No, and it is the most common starting point. We build the demo from your Google listing, your reviews and your social pages, and write the page content for you. If you already have photos or a logo, send them and the site will be closer to finished. If you don't, we build it properly without them and swap things in later when you have time.

Prices are published openly on our pricing page in your own currency, rather than hidden behind a consultation call. You get a fixed quote once you have seen your demo, so you know exactly what the site looks like and exactly what it costs before committing to either. There are no hourly rates and no extras added at the end.

A few working days to get the demo in front of you, and usually under two weeks from there to being live, once your domain is sorted. Businesses with lots of services or an online shop take longer. If we expect to be slower, we tell you at the start rather than leaving you guessing.

They help, but they answer different questions. A Google listing tells someone you exist and where you are. A Facebook page shows what you posted recently. Neither reliably shows your full service list, your prices, your service area or your opening hours in one place, and neither gives you the website link that Google and AI search tools look for when deciding who to recommend. Keep both, and add a site they point to.

Small changes are part of the service and you just message us. If you want to update things yourself, Stars Web Studio can set that up so you can edit text and photos without touching anything technical. The domain is registered in your business name and the site is yours either way, so you are never locked in.
